Staying at Starhotels in Rome was fantastic. The family room felt clean and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Vatican. This made our daily trips easy and convenient. The breakfast had a good variety, allowing everyone to find something they liked. However, the front door was a bit of a hassle. it didn't open easily, making accessing the hotel cumbersome. Some staff at the reception could improve their friendliness, as our check-in was a bit awkward due to their demeanor.
